Challenges:
❗ Use of translation technology is prohibited; the entire process must be carried out manually
❗ The text contains technical terms requiring high expertise, inflexible formatting rules, and word count restrictions
❗ Most of the competing texts were written by native speakers
❗ The deadline is very tight; there is zero room for delay
Solution and Process:
📘 We started with a style guide and a list of terms
🔍 During the preliminary analysis process, we thoroughly examined the competition requirements and the limitations of the technical language
🧠 We conducted additional literature research on the subject to increase the team members’ mastery of the subject
🔄 Throughout the process, the translator, editor, academic reader, and project manager worked simultaneously
⭐ Thanks to our client’s clear guidelines and ongoing open communication throughout the process, the project boundaries were defined
🌙 With intensive communication and control cycles continuing even outside of working hours, all content was reviewed multiple times
Result:
✨ The project received an honorable mention award among over 10,000 entries
